You have the right to change your mind and of course to return the item that does not suit you.

Upon receipt of your order, you have 14 working days to inform us of your wish to return and to return the item.

HOW TO PROCEED?

1- By email, to the address informations@coemi-lingerie.com:
Mention the order number, your first and last names, order date, reference of the item concerned by the return, IBAN (if applicable).

2- Return the item in its original packaging with labels. Please note, the item must not have been worn or washed.

3- Send your package directly to the address of our workshop:

RETURN COSTS
Return costs are your responsibility.

REFUND :
Upon receipt of your package and after checking that the items are in perfect condition, we will reimburse you directly to the card used for payment.

In the case of payment by bank transfer, please provide your IBAN.
