Your Right to Change Your Mind
You have the right to change your mind about an order. If a nightwear piece does not suit you, you may return it. This policy applies from the moment you receive your package.
Return Window
Upon receipt of your order, you have 14 working days to inform us of your wish to return and to send the item back. This period starts the day you receive your parcel.
How to Proceed
The return process is straightforward and begins with a written notice.
Step 1: Notify Us by Email
Send an email to informations@coemi-lingerie.com. In your message, please include the following details:
- Order number
- Your first and last names
- Order date
- Reference of the item concerned by the return
- IBAN (if applicable)
Step 2: Prepare the Item
Return the item in its original packaging with the labels still attached. Please note that the item must not have been worn or washed.

Return Costs
Return costs are your responsibility. We recommend keeping your proof of postage until the return is complete.
Refund Process
Upon receipt of your package and after checking that the items are in perfect condition, we will reimburse you directly to the card used for payment. In the case of payment by bank transfer, please provide your IBAN.

The collection includes pieces like the long nightgown in silky viscose with a pink floral print, which falls fluidly over the body, and the mid-length micromodal nightshirt with long sleeves and lace, cut for a relaxed evening fit. Each fabric behaves differently, so checking the details helps ensure the right choice the first time.

Nightwear fabrics range from the crisp drape of tulle to the soft stretch of micromodal. A sheer white lace and tulle short chemise will sit differently from a micromodal and lace pajama set.
