Placing an order at Coemi Lingerie involves a clear choice at the payment stage. This page outlines the methods available so you can select the one that aligns with your preferences and the total of your purchase.

Single Card Payment

For a single transaction, Coemi Lingerie relies on the UP 2 Pay solution from Crédit Agricole. This system handles both the payment order and the associated transaction record.

The request is initiated when you confirm your order, regardless of whether the item is in stock or produced to order. The processing delay usually falls between 1 and 3 days depending on the day of the week and your bank's own timelines. Cards accepted for this method are Visa, Mastercard, and standard credit cards.

Bank Transfer

A direct bank transfer is also available. After your order is confirmed, an email will provide the IBAN and BIC required to make the transfer. Your order is then validated once the funds are received. Expect a similar processing window of 1 to 3 days, influenced by your bank and the day you place the order.

Installment Payments

When you prefer to spread the cost, Coemi Lingerie partners with Alma, a provider specializing in 2, 3, or 4 installments. This option is offered for orders starting at €50.

The debit schedule is straightforward:

With two installments, a first debit occurs at the time of order and the second one month later.
Three installments mean a debit today, another in one month, and the final one in two months.
Four installments follow the same sequence, with the last debit three months after the order.

Customer fees apply to this service:

Payment in 2x carries a 0.85% fee.
Payment in 3x carries a 1.69% fee.
Payment in 4x carries a 2.52% fee.

If you need to replace a card or update your details, contact Alma directly at payment@getalma.eu. They will send you a link to modify your card information on file.

Choosing a Method

The method to select depends on your comfort and the size of your order. A single card payment remains the most direct route if you are buying a long nightgown in silky viscose. For a more substantial wardrobe update, splitting the total into installments can make the purchase easier to manage.
