To secure payment, COEMI LINGERIE offers you the UP 2 Pay payment solution from Crédit Agricole. The solution ensures the security and recording of the payment order and the security of the payment itself.

The transaction request is initiated at the time you place an order, whether it is an in-stock or made-to-order purchase. What happens next depends on the day of your order and your bank. The delay is generally 1 to 3 days.

We accept all cards, namely: Visa, Mastercard, credit card.

Bank transfer: You have the option to pay by bank transfer. As soon as your order is validated, you will receive an e-mail containing the banking information (IBAN and BICs) which will allow you to make your transfer. The order will be validated upon receipt of your payment.
What happens next depends on the day of your order and your bank. The delay is generally 1 to 3 days.

For this service, we go through Alma, a new entrant in the world of online payment, specializing in payment in 2, 3 or 4 installments! This system is available for orders of €50 and more.

As its name suggests,
payment in two installments means two withdrawals: one today, one in a month,
payment in three installments means three withdrawals: one today, one in a month and the last in two months,
payment in four installments means four withdrawals: one today, one in a month, one in two months and the last in three months

The fees are
- Payment in 2x: 0.85% customer fees
- Payment in 3x: 1.69% customer fees
- Payment in 4x: 2.52% customer fees

If you ever lose or change your card, you can contact Alma, our payment provider, at any time at payment@getalma.eu, they will send you a link to make the change and it's the same thing if you simply want to change your account.
