Orders placed on this site are fulfilled by a specialist carrier network. For France and euro-zone countries, delivery is free of charge, with shipments handed to DPD or UPS for transport. You may also request Colissimo La Poste for destinations within France or the wider EU; this option carries a flat rate of 15€.

Europe Outside the Euro Zone and French Overseas Territories

Rates for these destinations depend on the total value of the order, tax included. For a total up to 150€, delivery is charged at 20€. An order valued between 150€ and 500€ costs 30€ to ship. Any order above 500€ incurs a delivery charge of 42€.

International Shipping

For international orders, the same value-based structure applies. Up to 150€, the charge is 50€. From 150€ to 500€, it is 65€. Orders exceeding 500€ are charged at 75€.

Transit Times

Once dispatched, delivery within France and Europe takes 3 to 5 days. For Europe outside the EU, expect 5 to 7 days, though customs procedures may extend this. International orders and shipments to French overseas territories take 7 to 15 days, also subject to customs clearance.
