Printemps/Eté 2021

A lighter wardrobe for the warm season

The spring/summer collection translates the change of season into pieces with clean, flowing lines. Here, the at-home wardrobe shifts toward lighter layers: short robes, thin-strap negligees, and nightdresses cut to let the air circulate. The palette opens into gentle shades and more vivid colours, giving each room of the house a different register.

Fibres that shape the season's comfort

Fabric choice becomes the central criterion. Micromodal and viscose dominate this selection for their softness and fluid fall on the body. Some pieces move into silk or satin for a naturally cooler touch against the skin. Elastane appears in controlled blends, lending ease to garments that should follow the body without clinging. Lace trims reappear along cuffs, necklines and straps, introducing a precise, delicate finish that remains discreet rather than theatrical.

This range includes several distinct formats. The short dressing gown in micromodal fabric with lace-trimmed cuffs offers a light covering layer for mornings or evenings. Alongside it sit nightdresses with thin straps, some in long viscose with floral prints, others in silky satin with white lace. The pyjama sets feature short-sleeve tops matched with shorts, one in a blue and white viscose print, another in micromodal with a little nightshirt-style top. For a more airy effect, the tulle negligees — one floaty and short, another in see-through tulle with thin straps and tanga knickers — bring a distinct sense of lightness to the collection.

Choosing between coverage and airiness

Two parameters guide the decision. The first is coverage: a long nightdress keeps the leg covered while remaining open at the shoulders, whereas a shorts pyjama set frees the lower body. The second is the feel of the fibre. Micromodal carries a dense, smooth softness that suits pieces worn close to the skin; viscose has a cooler, more liquid drape that works well in heat. The long viscose nightdress in a red floral print shows this second profile at its clearest — the fabric moves with the wearer while the thin straps keep the upper body unencumbered.

Lace placement also shapes the character of the piece. On the short dressing gown with three-quarter-length sleeves, the trim runs along the edges, framing the garment rather than dominating it. On the micromodal negligee with crossed back straps, the lace works as an accent against the smoothness of the main fabric. These placements let you decide how much decorative detail you want at rest.

Wearing the collection beyond the night

The season's pieces are conceived for the bedroom but hold their shape well enough to move through the house. A short robe worn over a camisole, a tunic-style nightdress under a light cardigan — the lighter formats adapt naturally to slow mornings and relaxed evenings. The floral prints in blue and red introduce colour without overwhelming the eye, keeping the overall impression soft rather than busy.
